EARLY BLOW! Adam Milne Removes Abhishek Sharma for 1!
New Zealand strike early! Adam Milne provides the breakthrough in the second over, dismissing India's dangerous opener Abhishek Sharma for just 1 run off 2 balls.
Milne makes an immediate impact with the ball as Daryl Mitchell takes the catch to send Abhishek back to the pavilion.
A disappointing start for India, who were looking to build a strong total after New Zealand elected to bowl first. The hosts have drawn first blood and will look to build on this early breakthrough.
India need a solid partnership to recover from the early setback!
