These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, directory listings, live scores, news content and any paid plans we offer (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.
Coaches, academies, facilities and other users who create or claim a listing are responsible for the accuracy of the information, photos and content they submit. We reserve the right to review, edit, feature, or remove any listing or content that we consider inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.
By submitting content (including biographies, photos, certifications, reviews and enquiries), you grant SportsLine a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Service.
Some listing features (such as Premium and Business plans) are offered on a paid subscription basis. Prices, features and billing cycles are shown at the time of purchase and may change with notice. Payments made via UPI or other methods are verified manually; plan activation may take time while payment confirmation is pending. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
Reviews may only be submitted by registered users and should reflect a genuine experience. We may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violate these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: submitting false or misleading information, impersonating another person or business, scraping or harvesting data without permission, attempting to bypass security measures, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service may link to or embed third-party content, including live score widgets and external websites for match updates. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sports information, scores and schedules are provided for informational purposes and may be delayed or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsLine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
