Multiple age categories

The championship is being promoted for a wide range of youth categories, with the poster listing athletes aged 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19 and 21, alongside Senior and Master categories.

This broad age structure could give athletes from different stages of development an opportunity to compete in an international environment.

Pokhara provides the backdrop

The event will be held in Pokhara, one of Nepal's major tourism and adventure destinations. The promotional material highlights accommodation, food, transportation and sightseeing arrangements as part of the event facilities.

The poster also advertises Gorakhpur-to-Pokhara bus transportation, hotel accommodation and food, an India tracksuit, T-shirt, shorts, kit bag and ID card, subject to the organizers' stated registration arrangements.

Registration deadline announced

The promotional poster lists November 15, 2026, as the registration deadline.

However, the specific November 21–25 Indo-Nepal Youth Sports Championship shown in the supplied poster could not be independently confirmed through a primary official event listing during this check. Claims appearing on the poster regarding institutional support or recognition should therefore be treated as organizer-provided information pending independent confirmation.

A platform for youth sporting exposure

If conducted as advertised, the championship would provide young athletes with an opportunity to compete outside their home country while gaining experience in different sporting disciplines.

International youth tournaments can also provide valuable exposure to different playing environments, cultures and sporting communities.

With Pokhara as the host city, the event combines competitive sport with an international youth-exchange element, making it an event to watch as the November dates approach.
